Nature's theatre

Historic gardens are places whose every detail was constructed to generate a sense of quiet and vastness, often one of grandeur; each of them has its genius loci a specific atmosphere of its own that can be heard and perceived. A theater outside theaters with curtains and stalls, an inspired setting shared by people and nature.
By interweaving narratives that are poetically pertinent to the spirit of the place, polyphonic chants, silent crossings, theatrical and dance acts, a sort of narrating geography is created, one which originates in hearing the acoustical and morphological elements of the garden, and fostering poetic resonances with these elements, thereby encouraging a more intimate, attentive and affecting rediscovery.
Venice Gardens Foundation has invited Sista Bramini to participate.
